Ethical Manufacturing Policy

1. ENVIRONMENT:

In our commitment to protect the environment and reduce the consumption of local resources, we pledge to comply with the standards set by relevant local and international laws, regulations, as well as international agreements and their specified requirements. Our operations will adopt forward-thinking strategies to improve energy efficiency, utilize energy for production, mitigate negative impacts on climate and air quality, conserve water resources, regulate chemical usage, minimize waste generation, maximize recycling efforts, and preserve living organisms and their natural habitats.

2. SUPPLY CHAIN AND PRODUCTION TRACEABILITY:

To ensure a sustainable supply chain, we will establish criteria for the acceptability of suppliers. All stakeholders involved will be provided with guidance, and activities such as monitoring, assessment, review, and oversight will be conducted to ensure adherence to these standards.

3. SOCIAL COMPLIANCE

   3.1. HUMANITY RESPECT:

We treat our employees with respect and recognize them as individuals. We strictly prohibit any form of mistreatment, including physical punishment, harassment, abuse of power, threats, or forced labor. No one will be compelled to work to repay debts, while in prison, or in illegal jobs. Employees have the right to resign with proper notice, and their freedom of movement is not restricted. Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, or other factors during hiring, pay, training, promotion, or termination is not tolerated. Employees can express concerns or suggestions without fear of retaliation through provided complaint mechanisms.

3.2. FREEDOM TO ASSOCIATE AND FORM COLLECTIVE WORK AGREEMENTS:

Every employee has the right to associate with a union and engage in collective labor agreements. No unfair treatment will be imposed on anyone exercising these rights. We neither provide incentives for relinquishing these rights nor obstruct labor union activities. Employee representatives are protected from discrimination, allowing them to freely fulfill their responsibilities in the workplace.

   3.3. WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY:

Ensuring the well-being of employees is our top priority, focusing on preventing workplace accidents and illnesses. We will incorporate a proactive approach across all processes to promote and instill a culture of Occupational Health and Safety. Regular training sessions will be provided for employees, and adherence to local regulations, international conventions, and standards will be ensured. Efforts will be made to minimize any health and safety risks related to work, relying on the collective knowledge and expertise of our employees.

3.4. THE USE OF CHILD LABOR:

Employment of individuals under the age of 16, known as child labor, is strictly prohibited and unsupported. For individuals aged 16 to 18, considered as Youth Employees, their employment must comply with relevant laws and standards. It is ensured that Youth Employees are not exposed to situations that could jeopardize their physical or psychological well-being and health.

   3.5. BUSINESS ETHICS:

No bribes or commissions will be given or accepted under any circumstances. We have a zero-tolerance policy for corruption and bribery.

   3.6. EQUAL WAGES:

Compensation for a regular workday must meet or exceed the legally mandated minimum wage. Payments below this minimum will not be allowed under any circumstances. No deductions will be made from employees' wages without their explicit consent, except for situations specified by law.

   3.7. ENFORCEMENT OF DISCIPLINARY MEASURES:

Employees will be protected against any form of inhumane treatment and exploitation. In the realm of disciplinary actions, physical or psychological violence, as well as verbal or physical harassment, will not be permitted under any circumstances. Monetary fines will not be imposed.

4. SECURITY IN CUSTOMS:

Effective risk management methods will be employed to secure employees, facilities, information, and shipments from potential threats both inside and outside the company. All operations will be made secure, and ongoing monitoring and assessment will be conducted to continuously improve security measures.

5. HEALTH AND SAFETY OF PRODUCT:

To mitigate any potential harm to end users resulting from our products, we will formulate and adhere to rigorous product health and safety standards throughout all phases of the production process. A continuous system of control and ongoing reviews will be established to uphold the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
